i found it confusing just listening to it being developed. one aspect of it was the 'summer break'. it may seem like a good idea to take a summer break, for students, i guess so they can help with the harvest, but real life does not stop for the summer.
i understand that the by-laws allow for a break, but they do not dictate there has to be one.
