Mark, I must be living in a parallel universe. Are you talking about the neighborhood meeting where we showed interest in this general idea? The specifics you list in this letter were not enumerated at the meeting. The only vote I remember was to explore the idea. You volunteered to have the meeting at your house, as I recall. You were not designated spokesman or crafter of the grant application. Were you?
