Mitchell Park West Neighbors

Just had a traumatic experience....Yet another person not leashing their dog. My dog, ON LEASH, 65 pounds and deaf and NOT FRIENDLY towards other dogs...other dog some chihuahua mix. My dog grabs little dog and would not let go of it. I hope the poor little thing was okay I think so but not sure. It took three people to get the poor thing loose. When are dog owners going to learn to leash their dogs when they are outside of the dog park???? Me... scratches on leg and broken blood vessels in my hand and emotionally upset.
