Last night, 4/12/02, several vehicles were in and out of the neighborhood after 10pm. Several were speeding and I was even passed on Behrend Road when I left to run an errand around 9:30pm.
Since theft has become a big concern of mine lately, I would like to propose establishing our neighborhood as a gated community. I would like to know if this would be possible and I would like to present this topic at our next board meeting.
