We have formaldehyde in our soaps and many of the same chemicals in antibacterial dish soap as in Agent Orange! The chemicals that we eat each day that wash and fertilise our vegetables Can cause cancer. The fibers that are loosened when you walk across many rugs, cause emphysema. Get real! Everyone complains about cigarettes but why is it that old farmers die from the same illnesses as smokers? Corn dust!! Live in Iowa during harvest time and what do you think your breathing. In some cases almost as bad as coal dust. Do your research. Everything we touch any more has something bad about it. That's why they say MODERATION!

taking away a right is not right

Just cause it is not a right that you use, does not mean it is OK to take it away. Stop taking away the rights of American people. It is no one's business what someone does to themselves. why do people think they have the right to take someone else's rights away or not even allow them to have rights in the first place. This is America the land of the free, not the the land of the free if you do what we say. Does it not say ''every man(person) is created equal''. It does not say ''Unless you use drugs, smoke cigs, pay for loving or are gay''. America not china! America not russia. C'mon folks we need to focus on making America the greatest country in the world. Like it was, we we're the top dogs in industry, military, dollar vs dollar and the quality of live. Stop taking the rights of Americans away! If you do not like to have rights, then move! Save freedom!

taking away a persons ''right'' to smoke. First I am a smoker, have been for a long time. No end in sight for me as I see it. My choice. I do also have a responsibility in enjoying the ''right'' to smoke. That responsibility includes not smoking around folks that dont want to be exposed to it. That includes public places. It is not about a right to smoke. It about what is the greater good for all. I would be better off if I stopped. My family would and society as a whole would. Please dont shout about rights if you dont also shout about the responsibility that goes along with a right.
