Confuse
Some folks keep confusing ''rights'' with what is ''privilege''.
Driving is a regulated/permissioned individual privilege in every state, not openly afforded to the masses.
Gun ownership is a right afforded to the masses, with regulation.
With all...there is regulation. That is a given.
With smoking, you have the privilege to engage in that activity if you wish....just not everywhere or anytime you want because of the residual secondary effects that are now known.
You have free speech, but you can't hollar ''fire'' in a theater if no fire exists.
You can smoke, but you just can't pollute the same immediate air others are breathing.
Pretty simple to me.
