I should clairify that I am not trying to anger the WalMart gods. I actually have nothing against WalMart having a spook house. I just feel if it is wrong for us it is wrong for them. It has nothing to do with WalMart actually, it has to do with the Fire Deptartment being fair.

The Truth Shall Be Told

First of all ,I The Chairman Of The Board for the MUSCATINE JAYCEES, would like the community to know that the Muscatine Jaycees had nothing to do with the haunted house on washington st. or any persons involved with those people.I would like the community to know the truth. We the Muscatine Jaycees do not know or are in any way have relations with any body at the fire deptment .It is a fact that every one thats in town has to go by codes and rules . When we were in the mall we had codes and rules and we did not get special privledges. The city made us go by codes and rules.I dont see the problem .The haunted house on washington should of double checked with the fire department .I know that it's hard to get a haunted house started but the Jaycees did nothing to get these allegations. My own personal opinion is that the Muscatine Jaycees hold a Haunted House for 1 reason and only 1 reason (Needy Kids For Xmas). Others do it for profit which is wrong!!!!! THEY SAY 1 DOLLAR GOES TOWARDS WAPPELO FIRE AND RESCUE BUT WHAT ABOUT THE OTHER 7 BUCKS!!!!!I don't like to point fingers but the Jaycees help the Muscatine Community alot, that is a fact. I am sorry if I offended anyone, but I don't like people to say things about the jaycees that they don't know anything about .Thank You The Muscatine Jaycees Troy Delano
