Where is that simpleton when you need a brilliant answer?

I've never croaked so I can't really say what will happen. However, if I had to bigbrother; which I mean as to speculate without truly being absolutely certain, if your will doesn't address payment of the debt, I would say your debt would rollover into a probate and the executor/executrix of your estate would be left to deal with Court as to how the debt would best be extinguished.
