Muscatine

I realize this is a ways off, but the school district will hold a special election on March 4, 2008 to see if voters will renew S.I.L.O. (School Infrastructure Local Option Sales tax). This is suppose to be used for things like new additions, buses, technology. It can not be used for salaries or benefits.

If the vote was tomorrow how would you vote, to extend or let it end in 2010?

My vote would be to end it, after looking at the school portion of my property tax.
