The gray area lies in the word ''use''. Was there physical control of the fire truck by the candidate?

Or was the photo taken at a time and location that the general public could also take the same type of photo?

Personally, I don't think a photo would violate this. A photo of a canditate standing on a city street is tantamount to the same thing; and there is nothing wrong with that.

But, I, too, have not seen a city ordinance on this issue.

However..just thinking a little more about this...does the photo of the fire truck show the candidate's preference for the fire dept....over, say, maybe... the police dept, or parks and rec...or the sh*t plant workers...or the Muscabus unit?

City Policy

I stand corrected, apparently it has been a long time City Policy, which, until now has been strictly enforced. It is my feelings that the true personality of Howard is coming out. He's her mentor, and I believe he is even running for a state office, God Forbid. Roby can, and perhaps truly ststed pleaded dumbness.
