Why see him-

Ain't gonna vote for him.
Anyone else notice

Anyone else notice the recent flurry about Obama not placing his hand over his heart during either the Nat'l Anthem or Pledge of Allegiance at Harkin's Iowa steak fry?

See Google page with many hits about it:

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&sa=X&oi=spell&resnum=0&ct=result&cd=1&q=obama+pledge+of+allegiance+hand+on+heart&spell=1

See Times photo of Dem candidates on stage:

The great many posts go on and on about the hand-over-heart issue. One thing is clear about the Times photo...none of the demoncrats are facing the flag. What do you suppose they were looking at?

U.S. Code, Title 4, Chapter 1, Subsection 4
The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag: ?“I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.?”, should be rendered by standing at attention facing the flag with the right hand over the heart.

THE UNITED STATES CODE
TITLE 36
CHAPTER 10
National Anthem

Subsection 171. Conduct during playing

During rendition of the national anthem when the flag is displayed, all present except those in uniform should stand at attention facing the flag with the right hand over the heart. Men not in uniform should remove their headdress with their right hand and hold it at the left shoulder, the hand being over the heart. Persons in uniform should render the military salute at the first note of the anthem and retain this position until the last note. When the flag is not displayed, those present should face toward the music and act in the same manner they would if the flag were displayed there.

one thing

is that there may have been a second flag off camera. That's just my thought that they were all facing that.
