Somehow, I think neither of you were hugged enough as a child, or you wouldn't have ''grown up'' to be such bitter and vindictive boys living in men's bodies.

Your online battle here is asinine and childish, neither of you being less childish than the other.

Perhaps instead of bashing each other here daily, you could use some of that time and energy to support your candidate, or promote some good in our community.

I enjoy reading the funny stuff, sharing special moments and yes I do know that we have some bad times and things to talk about also, but the bashing just really needs to stop. We are not 10 year olds here. Or are we?

And just so you DO actually know something about me; most of my life has been spent in community service full time and as an elected official part-time, and the candidates I now choose are HUGE benefactors of my wife and I.

I've done enough of that, thank you. This is my muse. What is striking is that for you to be fully vested in the knowledge of these ''battles'', as you call them; you have to read them. Maybe you, yourself, shouldn't waste that time as well, Lil.

what I know

is that regardless of your community service, or your financial support of your candidates, your behavior in this forum is unkind to say the least.

Community service is admirable, but it doesn't excuse rude behavior.

''Somebody who is nice to you, but rude to the waiter is not a nice person''.
