As a 20-something and possibly new to the area, wherever you go (QC or ICity), just be careful. The current, politically correct world is out to squash all fun with a vengeance, especially in Muscatine (can you say '1984'?).

The late 60's and 70's was the time for a scene and fun, but then you would be old like me. So again, be careful and smart.

What to do?-

The question should be, what do you WANT to do? When you know that, then you'll know where to find it.
A poster has suggested that I volunteer my time somewhere. A great idea but un- doable in my case for reasons I won't go into here. But for a young person new to the area, a great way to meet people.

Ruggy's being modest

He does volunteer at the Clark House. He goes around and pulls up women's support stockings that have drooped around their ankles. That way they don't trip and fall. Good man Ruggy.
