I know the bar/restuarant Bootleggers downtown sold. Where's Hubbles and what is Hubbles?

I cannot confirm any of this

But I believe Hubbles to be the oldest continuous working bar in Muscatine. I've heard legend that Al Capone used to run liquor to these parts during prohibition. Sales here were sluggish cause there was no place with a bar to drink at. Supposedly Capone had the bar made and shipped here. I don't know how true that is, something I heard. Hubble's is on 2nd St downtown about 2-3 doors down from Ace Hardware.
