What kind of advice was that if not legal advice?   What would you call it?   You advised me of what you think is legal, an Attorney giving legal advice, and what you think is illegal, my giving legal advice.

Now this is quite the set of twists on what legal advice is.  Legal advice generally involves suggesting or predicting a course of action based upon the evaluation of a person’s or entity’s particular legal situation.  To merely say who can give legal advice is in no way in itself giving legal advice but it is making a statement of fact.

And you know this how?

You formed an opinion and made a judgement about Bahamian law, mall, then broadcasted that judgement here to advise the public of your opinion on the law....Isn't that everything davieboy and you complained about relative to giving legal advice?

I formed no opinion and made no judgement about Bahamian law.   I know nothing about Bahamian law and need not know anything about Bahamian law.   I do know that the laws of one nation don't apply in another nation.

Have you missed the point that Aruba is not part of The Bahamas?  Is that why you're confused and beating this dead horse?
