Of course I'm way outside the inner sanctum of certain humor among these pages. But in a way one could imagine an asylum where the newly captured loony stands Hudini jacketed laughing uncontrolably through an open barred window as the camera pans away into a rainy darkness.

That's why it made as much sense that a madman stands laughing in and at the empty night to me. Kind of a Kubrick moment. You seem to stand at an opposite corner than I politically, but you make me smile.
