If you take these and beat them out w/your meat hammer, than fry them, folowing the chicken frying instructions you can end up with a mean pork tenderlion sandwich that looks like so:
Or you could take the drippings and make some white gravey, peppered to perfection, and pour that over mash potatos and make a meal like chicken fried steak, but with pork.
