Well, let's see. Websters, ask.com, cambridgeonline, etc., all list "numbskull" as the spelling. I suppose we could instead go with the TP version. Or if I may, here are some other choices that describe our boy TP and are easily spelled, according to Websters.
blockhead bonehead dunderhead knucklehead mutton head lunkhead dolt dullard fathead imbecile chucklehead lamebrain meat head nitwit pinhead
There are more, but these are easy to spell, accurately descriptive, and can serve double duty when applied to Mal. One of those win-win situations.
Enjoy! I don't know why this is but when I respond to this and use ABC to spell check, it says "numbskull" should be "numskull". Also it says all your derogatory terms except "chucklehead", "mutton" and "meat" are spelled wrong. The last two were made as two words which may be why they passed as correct. Oddly, when I use my word processor program the only one mispelled is "chucklehead". Numbskull and numskull are both accepted. Is that just my computer? |

I have seen msaml use words that she said that spell check approved and are not correct.
