Gosh, if you can't deal with recess appointment per year, you'll never understand Gulf pollution, Stanley work assignments or the prevalence of voter fraud.

You work in pollution?   Have a science background ( in what field we don't know)?  Have been a consulant (again in what field we don't know)?   Have worked at Stanley?

And you still don't understand how to measure Iowa's contribution to nitrogen in the Gulf?

Do you work to produce pollution or prevent it?

 

You must not have worked at Stanley very long or you would have understood how they approach the staffing of projects.

 

The IA Secretary of State said he knew of no prosecutions for voter fraud in the past 14 years.   You have a habit of distorting things.

I once asked the Iowa Secretary of State about the prevalence of voter fraud.   He said in the 17 years he is aware of, there has never been even one prosecution.

Also denying someone the vote has the same effect as some else voting twice the opposite way. 

There will be hundreds of people who will not be able to vote because of registration laws, and ID requirements.

Those few who might vote twice could be close to 50-50, D's vs. R's.

Those denied the vote would be overwhelmingly D's.

 

That is what is behind the Republican efforts for more limits on voter registration and ID rquirements.

There is NO way to measure Iowa's, or ANY state's contribution of fertilizers to a region. It will always be estimates and opinions. You are the one that tried placing quantification on it. And you still never explained how your flawed and old report measured at the confluence of the Ohio and Miss Rvrs, without quantifying the Missouri Rvr's input (and all of its affected states) above that confluence, mallcontent! I can't help your being dumb.

 

My work at Stanley's was a consultant for one of their projects. I think I know more more about their project process and needs than you.

 

The above copied post from you for last December 2nd proves you have no idea what you have said here anymore. It was 17 yrs, and that turned out to be a lie, as I proved with the linked reports to vote fraud convictions in Iowa!

 

Again; I think the hood here knows who understands what, mallcontent; and they now also know who has a habit of, not just distorting things, but outright lying!
