There is NO way to measure Iowa's, or ANY state's contribution of fertilizers to a region. It will always be estimates and opinions. You are the one that tried placing quantification on it.

Yes it will be an estimate (not an opinon), but it can be as precise as one wants if enough measurements are made and the most accurate instruments used.   I think we can estimate it to well within

The report is not wrong.   You are not understanding it or reading into it what you want to believe or just being obstinate.

My work at Stanley's was a consultant for one of their projects. I think I know more more about their project process and needs than you.

Wow, you must be a career politician - you accuse BB of "distort"ing when he calls you on posted facts, and when he posts your words that prove he was not distorting, you claim a "memory lapse" and that the Secretary of State that you quoted was "unaware (aka unawhere) of or had forgotten" the violations. How conVENient that the Sectary of State would have this type of problem concerning the validity of elections.

Bottom line - it seems that you have a problem with facts, whether it be from a memory lapse or consulting the wrong persons for information, or out and out lying.
