Well at least Republican is consistent in having his head firmly up his backside. I would invite him to try and get through that Mulberry area at two different times of day, when traffic is backed up both directions. Nigel is correct....the danger to anyone foolish enough to try and walk, run or bike on this section is high at any time. I have seen bikers with infants towed behind, bicyclists at full speed, and joggers stop traffic and live through near misses because there is no shoulder. It's just a matter of time, although I'm sure there are those who would consider the loss of anyone stupid enough to walk along this area as a victim of selective thinning of the herd. .
I too will be very surprised if this particular enterprise makes a profit. Brick and mortar movies theaters are dying. The affordability and convenience of home theater will continue to kill them off.
