"...privelidges..."  Even when spelled wrong, you are wrong. You agreed with the terms and conditions of this website when you signed on here. And your agreement with those are "governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado." The 1st amendment has no bearing here.

When a word looks a little odd but the spell checker doesn't catch it, I don't spend a lot of time researching.   You'll have to live with those instances where words are spelled wrong.

This is a private company's website. The first amendment protects citizens from free speech violations/interference by the government. Not any private company's websites. Our Constitution provides that "Congress shall make no law that abridges free speech or the right to peaceably assemble and petition the government for a redress of grievances".

We all have permission from this company to post here, or not post here, to any thread, as may be governed by Colorado law and controlled by this site, but it is not a 1st amendment right.

I'm glad you cleared that up.   Now refrain from telling me what is an appropriate response to someone else's posts.
