I'm taking a poll.

If you were to try to determine the percentage of corn shipped from New Orleans that originated in Iowa, which would you do?

A.  Measure it as it was loaded on the barges or train cars as it left Iowa for New Orleans?

B. Wait until it was loaded on a ship cruising through the Gulf to some distant country and try to sort it out?

Oh dear Mallory.    Well in this old german kitchen , always used to ask which was heavier...a pound of feathers or a pound of lead.  Poor old fool , he surely could whip up a batch of creamed corn.  .

 Actually,

 it's English and Irish and he would use the ton of coal vs ton of feathers riddle and he actually got that without creamed corn that neither of us like. But you can sure use those cobs cant you darrell.

 I can't see the confusion here.

Any farmer worthy of the term would be absolutely certain what grain and amount was his and so on. The fact that every pound is accounted for from the seed to the table.    A--- yup that's right. A.   A is the answer and A it will be. It's A gentlemen.
