If that's anything like an alternate life style, forget it. Fix what we have, don't just talk about fixing it. Find out what worked in the past, then go back to it. Just ecause something is from the past does not mean it's no good anymore. |

Muscatine has it. It's called home-schooling. And it seems to work. |

We approach this education stuff all wrong. We are actually wasting our money trying to educate bonehead teenagers. Put them to work between the ages of 13 and 20. They can work for their room and board. When they reach 21 and can demonstrate that they understand the value of education, send them to school. We also need to test them for aptitude. Not all are suited for traditional schooling, and would be much happier with a trade school education.
