It's not that tough to see both sides when you're too gutless to choose a side.
That's a tortured bit of logic. What was it intended to mean?
Don't know?

This whole exchange has pushed Mallory out of the "ignorant and uninformed" category and straight into "stupid". Body armor? Does she understand that a TRAINED owner of a firearm can get around the body armor issues several ways? Self-protections is a learned skill. If Mallory goes into the local 7-11, and a criminal comes through the door and says he's going to kill everybody, Mallory may understand why the ability, the knowledge, and the proper equipment can keep her alive. Then again, she might just get shot. It's really up to her.
Remember this? Couple of dozen police couldn't penetrate the body armor for 44 minutes. Lots longer than the shooter in Colorado stuck around.
They were armed with better weapons than I'd take to the movies.
Weren't they trained?
Well Stench me boy. Explain the contradiction of "Trained owner of a firearm can get around the body armor issues several ways", and why a dozen police officers couldn't for 44 minutes. You sitting row 20 with your pistol could do better? |

60 feet? Not a problem.
Now, go take a gun owners class. Find out for yourself. |
