I'm just glad wifey and I both have voted absentee already. We have done our civic duty and won't be home for the election anyway. I do like the numbers of Iowans that have already voted thus far. I think there is an uptick this year. If its for the reason I want it to be, my choices win.

I would think the "getting happy" refers to the subject and affect of the executive orders, not the numerical count.
