What is the logic of the following kind of thinking on the part of the obumbler and Holder?  There is none.  It is called "hypocrisy":

Khalid Shaikh Mohammed, the mastermind of 9/11,  had been arraigned at Guantánamo Bay in 2008, but the Obama administration shut that case down upon taking office, then tried to move it to federal court in New York (and grant full legal rights to the scum bag), before surrendering to a political uproar.

But now they are saying it is not only legal, but the preferred way, to summarily kill American citizens with drone strikes, legal rights be dammed!

Are they just stupid?   Or they stupid hypocrits?

"Not until archaeological investigations were conducted on the battlefield during the 1980s did the extent to which the Indians used gunpowder weapons come to light. Modern firearm identification analysis revealed that the Indians had spoken the truth about the variety and number of weapons they carried."

"...There were 2,361 cartridges, cases and bullets recovered from the entire battlefield, which reportedly came from 45 different firearms types (including the Army Springfields and Colts, of course) and represented at least 371 individual guns. The evidence indicated that the Indians used Sharps, Smith & Wessons, Evans, Henrys, Winchesters, Remingtons, Ballards, Maynards, Starrs, Spencers, Enfields and Forehand & Wadworths, as well as Colts and Springfields of other calibers. There was evidence of 69 individual Army Springfields on Custer's Field (the square-mile section where Custer's five companies died), but there was also evidence of 62 Indian .44-caliber Henry repeaters and 27 Sharps .50-caliber weapons. In all, on Custer's Field there was evidence of at least 134 Indian firearms versus 81 for the soldiers. It appears that the Army was outgunned as well as outnumbered.

He who has the most toys wins! If I seek the pursuit of happiness, it is protected by the Declaration of Independence as unalienable. No human can deny me that. Then if my happiness comes from owning multiple semi-automatic weapons, we have a constitutional dilema. Some liberals now and in the past have stated they believe in rule of law. What's it gonna be?

That's a lot of information but I just wondered which you thought was the better outcome.   Armed population or unarmed population?
