Armed of course. An armed population is always needed to defeat a tyrannical government.

As long as we have a federal government that wishes to tightly and tyrannically control all law abiding citizens, there cannot be a better outcome for "all".  As our founding fathers taught us, an armed law abiding and moral citizenry is better for the citizens.  A disarmed law abiding and moral citizenry is better for the tyrants.
