Muscatine

So, is the NSA the bad guy?  Don't think so.   Are they doing damage to Americans?  Don't think so.  One advantage is that the NSA is too big to care about us small folks here in Muscatine.  They leave that up to our local officials.  Muscatine has a constant patrol that goes around in a City Car just looking for "law breakers" and takes great pleasure in enforcing what ever he feels like.

Taske a look locally, and don't do anything that pisses the folks at the NSA off.
