Oh my dear.  You've gone and slipped into that Slick Willy mode that Robert warned you about.  It doesn't really all depend on your definition of "is".  Sometimes, you just have to suck it up and let it go, as old Reverend Willis used to say.  Why, even those odd folks at that Wikipedian say that Belfast is the second largest city in Ireland.  Sometimes arguing just for the sake of arguing just makes you look like more of a dolt than us girls know you are.  You're simply misunderstood.   Like Robert, you don't want an answer.  You just want to argue about something.  Anything.  Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Did that nice boy from the shelter take you out?

Below is a quote from Wikipedia.   You note that it agrees with me.   Capitol (and largest city) of Northern Ireland.

I think you and Robert are getting on in years and losing your cognizant abilities.  Must have missed that "Northern" in there.   Do you have trouble with your balance too?

That nice boy at the shelter is a close relative so we don't go out together.

Belfast (from Irish: Béal Feirste, meaning "mouth of the sandbanks")[11] is the capital and largest city of Northern Ireland. Most of Belfast is in County Antrim, but parts of East and South Belfast are in County Down. It is on the flood plain of the River Lagan.[12]

You might click on "Northern Ireland" and find what and where it is.

Well now you've got Robert all atwitter.  He wants to know if you consider North and South Korea both part of Korea.  Or are North and South Dakota both thought of as the Dakotas? Or are coke and pepsi both Colas, or is one a different entity? Are UNI or the U. of Iowa both Iowa universities, or are they warring kingdoms?

Gosh this gets mucked up, doesn't it?

Associated Press

PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla. -- It turns out Northern Ireland won't have its own team for the World Cup.

A news release issued by the International Federation of PGA Tours last week during The Players Championship said that England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland each would be considered separate countries when the World Cup is played in November at Royal Melbourne under a new format.

It distinguished the World Cup from the Olympics, where those countries all compete together as Britain.

The PGA Tour issued a statement late Friday afternoon that only England, Scotland and Wales will have separate teams for the World Cup. That's how it has always been for the World Cup. Players from Northern Ireland and Ireland will continue to compete as one team under the Irish flag.
