Well...because although the quotation is fictitous, it does reflect my understanding of the situation. If the obumbler does attack Syria, Al Qaeda will be providing ground support! ie: The rebel opposition has taken over the opposition in Syria, due to the obumbler fumbling around since the beginning of the situation.
