Corporate society takes care of everything. And all it asks of anyone, all it's ever asked of anyone ever, is not to interfere with management decisions.

As far as our nation and Western Culture is concerned, the obumbler blundered again.

He should have addressed the nation on this one early on. 

1.  Admitted his mistake regarding the "red line" statement. 

2.  Explained that other middle east nations have used chemical weapons in past years without their use being propogated against us or other Western nations. That that kind of thing is just part of the idiot middle eastern thought pattern.

3.  Explained that intervention in Syria is not in our vital interest. 

4.  And explained that victory of neither side in Syria is in our interest.

But, he is a politician, a fool, an amateur, and a Sunni...so we get stuck with it.

By the way, Assad is neither Sunni nor full fledged Shiite.  He is an Alawite.  Alawism is an offshoot of Shia Islam and constitutes the second largest Islamic sect in Syria and is mainly located in northwestern Syria.

In the words of someone who is wiser than the obumbler, Sarah Palin:

"President Obama wants to do what, exactly? Punish evil acts in the form of  a telegraphed air strike on Syria to serve as a deterrent?" Palin questioned.  "If our invasion of Iraq wasn't enough of a deterrent to stop evil men from  using chemical weapons on their own people, why do we think this will be?”

She added: “We have no clear mission in Syria. There's no explanation of  what vital American interests are at stake there today amidst yet another  centuries-old internal struggle between violent radical Islamists and a  murderous dictatorial regime, and we have no business getting involved anywhere  without one."

As all signs pointed to the president likely seeking  military strikes on Syria, Palin posted on Thursday: "Mr. President, please give  America justification before you spend blood and treasure to intervene. Start  with: who are you rooting for in this?"
