Before you get carried away again on this subject please consider:

Everything I said was true.

It was all public knowledge published in at least 3 newspapers

Calling a 58 year old, old, hardly rises to the level of libel.

I did not mention any names.

 

Calling someone old is not age discrimination.

Treating them differently because of their age is.

Feel free to sue all the restaurants and movie theaters that give senior discounts.

Also the car rentals, motels and anything else that does the same.

No lawyer would take the case.

Because if one did, no judge would let it go to trial.

Because if one did, no jury would vote to convict.
