Trust me Mal, without going into great details your idea of how things "might" have worked are far beyond reality.  I have been to one of those when the nurse AND a social worker tried to calm the "mentally disturbed" person down.  Please do not make bold suggestions without any knowledge of what you speak.  I would imagine the all the people involved would have much rather the situation have not happened like it did but unfortunately there are times when calling a "timeout" does not work.

Hey......come on!   You're not supposed to criticize malodery.  She/he/it belongs to that class of elites that, because of their high intelligence and "enlightenment" is burdened with coming up with societys' "solutions" and forcing them on the rest of us.  You know that bunch.   They are called liberals.  They are much much smarter and nicer than the rest of us poor bastards.  It's obvious that they have been chosen (in their own minds) to rule over us.

To some of us 58 is old.   If you don't like it, what's your number when you're old?
