bigbrother Neighbor Muscatine, Iowa 6176 Posts	Louisa-Muscatine schools just released their janitor staff and contract it out. They don't have to furnish health care to contractors under nobama's rules, or any other benefits. The Lutheran Homes just is doing the same thing with their laundry service personell. They are contracting it out so they don't have to pay benefits as well. Thanks nobama! The new company will use temps so there will not be any benefits to employees taking those jubs.
