GEORGE WILL: Well, announcing expectations is all very well, but I'm not sure who is impressed by it. What we are seeing in Ukraine, what weave seen in Syria and what we will see again in Iran is a complete failure of what I think was the centerpiece of the president's foreign policy and that is the reset of the relations with Russia. They're not helpful with regard to Iran. They're positively pernicious in Syria. And Putin is obviously bolstering the government in Ukraine. The question then is what are we getting in is this completely sterile policy? I don't know what reset was supposed to mean but I know that I can’t see any evidence that it has helped.
