What Iam rely trying to say is some people get real secure about the contracts they get and let them slip a bit. I was just foolin around about bidding for his work, just hope we see him a bit more

Thought that was you and thanks for waving the other day.  Really if there are specifics you would like to see taken care of, let me know.  The contractors responsibilities have been basically religated to mowing and trimming only and if we see need for improvement in one area or the other we only need to make it known.  Whats going on next door?  I see the tarp and it appears you probably mowed the front yard, have you seen anything going on since they kicked the kids out?     

Yea I did cut the front yard the other day. I think the bank has been sending workers out to start doing some repairs. They tarped the roof to try to prevent more water from entering the house. Also they have been cleaning the inside of the house (removing a bunch of junk) I may hit there front yard with some weed killer this evening. Also I met a old friend of yours a couple of weeks ago. I had a pc problem and he got me back up and running, at this point I cant recall his name(computer house calls maybe) but he said he worked on your pc before.

Oh yes Bruce, he is the best.  I have been using him for years and he is always the one with the answers.  I actually have him set up on a Preventive Maintenance program where he comes out every year and just cleans up the drives and makes everything right.  Hope everything works out next door and if there is anything I can do let me know.
