Those fees are only for now for the water bill and the expensive for the pool, cut the grass maintain the streets, clean up the snow, and keep the none owned areas clean and the they should be. But that home association would be dismiss and we will start a new one with a new price and new rules and regulations. Up to right now there are no comments or details to there are going to be high price for the association or not.
