Budget........Smudget!

Pj has a good point. I understand that prices and sevice fees increase each year.......but, what services are actually being provided?? I would not mind at all taking a turn in the rotation for mowing the entrance. Heck, that might mean our fees won't increase next year. I do have a question, does anyone know if the association even has a lot set aside for common ground where someting family oriented could be built? I know there are sections of land throughout the subdivision which are common, but none of them are large enough to have anything substantial. I'm almost afraid to ask for a playground or tennis courts or whatever, that might make our fees double next year!!
