Tarall...thanks again for your information.  I understand your "hit ratio", it's different now because we can see several answers @ a time, instead of one at a time.  I get it.  That particular number must be important to others?

I think many originally objected because they weren't informed ahead of time.  Change is always hard.  You are listening; word will get around.  People will come back.

Are you ready?  They will come back when you give us those emoticons!  The presidential election is coming up.  WINK!  There will be a few here that could never allow this site to be taken over by "us democrats".  Actually, (between you & me?),  I should probably keep my mouth shut, let them leave & then...let the shoe fall...  (EVIL, EMOTICON FACE RIGHT HERE TARALL!).  Do what you guys gotta do, just keep us informed?  Thanks for communicating.

WE'RE GETTING HAPPY FACES, EVERYONE!  YEAH!  :-)

This system seems to lack value for real communication and very confusing to so many of our members to navigate...some have indicated similar frustration and forget about it for weighing in, but perhaps you can create a template for those who want the oldie and keep it local and easy to see what and where. This may be nice for those who like to blog...but I am not a blogger.

Iowa! I went to school at Morningside College in Sioux City.

I have good memories of your state.

Greetings!

Mary Glass here.

First of all, I thank you for your unending support of the neighborhoods across this country.  I am pleased to see the new addition to your Customer Care.  It is definitely a PLUS.

Good Thoughts!

The geographic area in which you can view discussions has been expanded! Because Neighborhood Link is a network of neighborhood groups all over the US, we want to encourage communication between neighborhoods and allow folks to talk about issues across neighborhood boundaries and beyond. You will still always see posts relevant to your area first. The tag at the bottom of each post tells you where it originated.

We've received lots of good feedback on the new discussion area and we're working to further improve things. In particular, we're aware that it can take longer than usual for some pages to load right now, and we know it's frustrating. Improving load times is a top priority!

Thanks for your ongoing support.
