Yes , I agree, the noise is driving me crazy, maybe I can be deemed insane, after I remove these morons, idiots of society, who has and shows no respect for people trying to get some REM sleep time between 12AM and 6AM. As I write these idiots are racing up and down the street, breaking up the peace reving out there loud and irritating mopeds with modified mufflers....hope they crash and burn, then suffering 100% roadrash, I will then rejoice in the Lord. The laws are a joke and unenforceable(too much paper work)...$25.00 fine, isn't that a case of beer nowadays? Oh yea, forgot we live in Hawaii where we have a laughable judicial system.....
