Organization of Westside Neighbors (O.W.N.)

I own a home on West Dale Street and need a new roof. I am having difficulty finding a roofer who will do a flat roof. Do you know anyone you could recommend or have any suggestions on how to find a reputable roofer? Thank you for your assistance.
