How do you address a home owners dog running loose in the neighborhood? I like to keep the peace but I'm worried about my kids walking to school.

Loose Dogs in All 3 Communities

Loose dogs are a problem in all three of our communities and it can be dangerous for children as well as adults. Our Covenants (DCCRs) state ''All animals (dogs and cats) shall be kept in strict accordance with local laws and ordinances (including leash laws). No animal shall be allowed to run at large and all animals shall be kept within enclosed areas...''

Please report these residents that let their animals loose to our management office (AMS) by calling Jeannette Arensberg at 829-7202. AMS will send a letter reminding the homeowner of the City and our Association violation. If the resident continues to violate our DCCRs they can be fined $50.00 for each occurrence, plus be fined by the City.
