Welcome to Crestridge!

Welcome to Crestridge Subdivision. When you purchased your home in Crestridge, you automatically became a member of the Crestridge Home Owners Association. As such, you promised to pay annual association dues and abide by the deed restrictions incumbent upon you as a resident. Please don’t let the deed restrictions intimidate, confuse, frighten, or anger you.

They are in place for the welfare of all so that we may enjoy our neighborhood, live in peace, and feel right at home here in Crestridge. Be assured, that most requests for changes to your property will be approved unless there is a real compelling reason for denial, such as a structural or cosmetic impediment to you or your neighbors.

All residents, however, are encouraged to become fully aware of residential responsibilities and respect them. Please read the Deed Restrictions carefully as they contain some minor changes from those now in your possession.

Thank you for choosing Crestridge as your home, for being a good neighbor, and a real credit to our community.
