Welcome!

The first Oldham Forbes Estates Homeowners Association (OFEHA) meeting was held on 1 November 2005.At that time a transition began for control of shared property and responsibilities from the developers of Oldham Forbes Estates to OFEHA. Topics discussed were association by-laws, interim directors, transfer of common properties to the OFEHA, costs of maintaining common areas and fees assessments. Annual assessment fees were set at $100 per year.
