Dear Homeowner,

You are invited to the Annual Meeting of the Oldham Forbes Estates Homeowners Association on Thursday, 19 March 2009 at 7:00 p.m. at Thomas Elementary School (1240 Lakeside Drive, Abilene). At that time the following business will be conducted:

1 Nominations and Election of new Board of Directors
2 Review of south side land usage
3 Recommended clarification to Article V, Section 11 of the Declarations of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions
4 Review of Income/Expense report
5 Other items of interest

If you would like to serve on the Board of Directors or on a special committee, please contact me at 325-232-6785.

I have enclosed your 2009 dues assessment invoice. The assessment will be due no later than 1 April 2009.

In closing, I would like to thank everyone for complying with the standards set in our Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions; keeping our neighborhood attractive and maximizing our property values. As a reminder, please ensure you keep your green garbage receptacles screened from public view as required by our Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, Article 5, section 9.
