Orangewood

Welcome to Orangewood Townhouse Park!

Prior to 1980, this area was farm land in what was then far north Glendale. Here and there, one can still see the older farmhouses that predated the tremendous expansion of the city which occurred in the 1970s and 1980s. Orangewood Townhouse Park is now located in the southern part of Glendale.

The land on which the complex stands was purchased in 1972 by Stewart Title and Trust Company of Phoenix for the purpose of building a townhouse complex to be called Orangewood Townhouse Park.

Eighteen fourplexes were eventually constructed (92 two-story units) with occupancy beginning in 1980.

Although all units within Orangewood Townhouse Park are privately owned, the offsite property management agency is The Management Trust of Arizona, located at 14988 N. 78th Way, Suite 220, Scottsdale, Arizona 85260.
