I've heard that the Kroger/labor unions are some of those attending the hearings on the development at the corner of Pickerington and Refugee. Thought it would be the property owners who would have the most input. Guess Kroger, etc. have a lot to lose if compeition comes in.

Still a BETTER idea.......

Reason # 11 to put a prison across from the TAJ.....

Escaped prisoners would be very easy to catch in heavy Picktown traffic. It takes at least 20 minutes to get to the freeway from the TAJ on a good day.

Imagine that a group of people would band together to try and protect their standard of living. How terrible.

It is a shame

It is becoming apparent that those ?“Banding Together?” would prefer another sub-division of houses.

The land will be developed regardless. I imagine the owners that want to sell the land most likely will say to hell with it?…and sell to a homebuilder (no re-zoning required).
