No agenda was posted because of the supt. retiremant...from PLSD. He'll go elsewhere and work. Mark my words. I'm sure he wasn't going to get his contract renewed. Why else do you call yourself a CEO and retire? Because you like moving and giving up $100k per year jobs? Hardly. You gotta thank the school board leadership for this one. Best of luck DR. T.

He is retiring because he can receive retirement pay and then go elsewhere and get an additional salary. That is very common and is more likely what is happening then your negative attack.

Insensitive Remarks

Your words infuriate me. At the least they are uninformed. At the worst they are slanderous. Why is it that folks on this site feel it is OK to slander individuals? Read the article in today?’s Dispatch (and posted on another discussion string on this site) re: why the Superintendent is retiring. HE made that choice ?– NOT the Board.

And so what if he goes on to another job? Wouldn?’t you if you had workable years in front of you?
