Face the facts

Be realistic, the battle for control of the JEDD is lost. Our group is dedicated to wrestling control of local government away from the politicians with agendas and giving it back to those that only want what is best for the community. This is our mission.

Someone else must take on the the task of getting a referrendum passed. That has been the problem with many leaders in the past too many goals. They promise much and deliver little. We have stated our purpose and we will not stop should the wrong people toss their hats into the ring come 11-2007.

We never would have come forward as a group this soon had our exisitance not been leaked on this questionable website. It was bound to happen, we just wish that it had been later rather than sooner.

I do hope that an effort is raised to stop the economic agreement farce. And as far as this ?“questionable website?” goes, you never had to come forth and substantiate the rumor. That was your choice. Rumors are floated here each and every day without substantiation. If you lie down with dogs, you wake up with fleas.

Rather than demean this site, why not make the effort to turn it around and utilize it to its fullest benefit. It is the most active community in the entire Neighborhood Link system. Look at the hit list. All this site needs is a direction and you have the opportunity to choose it.

I'm sure that we share many of the resources, but we have identified a goal and we feel as though we can achieve it. Ours will be fought in the streets while you choose to fight yours on the internet. We feel that ours is the better approach. The readers here can join if they wish, if not then stay the hell out of the way.

If the proposed agreement is passed and not overturned by referendum...

It wont matter even a little bit who sits on the next council. The city may as well just buy some blow up dolls to sit in that fancy little chamber on Lockville Rd.
